Payment Policy

To initiate the DNA testing process and confirm an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Partial payments are not accepted. Payment allows us to allocate administrative and laboratory resources and begin case preparation.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that the appointment is secured and subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
