Refund Policy

Prior to payment, we are happy to accommodate reasonable adjustments to the proposed appointment time, subject to availability.

Once payment is processed, the appointment is confirmed, reserved exclusively for the client, and may not be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
